IMPORTANT TTT Changes

As most of you know Today's Top Trends has been going in the wrong direction recently with both Kimberly and Amanda being extremely busy in real life which of course cannot be helped, That's why I'm here!

I'm Khol (hollyoaksrocks*) on Stardoll and Kimberly happened to have hired me to manage TTT and bring it back to it's former state which it was in 8 months ago. So with me being the new co-owner/manager alongside Kimberly there is going to be some new changes around here starting with the following stated below:

• 10 New Trial Writers
• Big TTT Makeover 
• New Segments
• Trendy Doll of the Month 
• More Competitions
• TTT: The Trend Awards

*Trial Writers are expected to give their full commitment to the blog, If your writing satisfies us and if we're pleased with what you have been writing we'll keep you on as a writer after the makeover is complete also.

*Trendy Doll of the Month: Each month we'll choose one of the top commenters and they will then be selected to be Doll of the Month. They'll earn themselves 150Sd and a place dedicated to them on the side of the blog.

*As for TTT: The Trend Awards, New Segments and More Competitions we'll update you nearer the time.

*We may remove the Anonymous option for comments, due to severe issues in the past.

New Year, Big Bang?

OR so you would think...

Hot buys have returned, and are looking better than ever?... Sadly not in this case.
Although we have finally escaped that horrendous colour scheme of purple, pink and blue it seems as though after the rather good selection of Nelly Hot Buys the graphics have taken a rather large plunge.

As pretty as that background may be it's safe to say the Hot Buys are over all pretty appalling. The theme for this month's hot buys is probably the most random and cofusing theme I have seen in a collection. 

New Year, New Trends

2013 is a brand new year and it's sure to be full of amazing trends, but what will be the biggest trends of the upcoming year?

Graphic: Graphic prints were a huge hit during the Spring Summer shoes of 2013 and were seen at shows from Marc Jacobs, Holly Fulton and Dries Van Noten. Whether featuring colour or just simple gradient black and white graphic prints, they are sure to be massive during the later months of the  year.

Sheer and iridescent: Sheer tees and pants were seen vividly throughout the S/S shows. Metallic and iridescent skirts and dresses were also a hit at the fashion weeks and were seen in many different beautiful colours and shades.

Pencil skirts: These skirts can either be demure and girly or sexy and sophisticated, these skirts are fashion gold. Floral patterns and clashing prints were a popular choice but they were also seen in in the common block colours.

Let It Snow!

Today's Top Trends has been inactive since the Summer but it's back... for the winter holidays at least! I've given the look a golden look to match the festivities of this month. I'm planning on doing a holiday gifts for her and him for Stardoll and real life, as well as taking a look back at Stardoll's history. Not only from this year, but throughout the years... magazines then and now, and even Stardoll itself.

So stay tuned throughout the festive period, as there is sure to be some exciting stuff from the blog! Who knows, there will maybe even be a special Christmas lottery.
