New Release: Sunny Bunny

Sunny Bunny is back, for another hit and miss among sophisticated Stardoll dressers. Sure, their previous line of accessories was cute....if you're an eight year old. However, not ever member of Stardoll is below the age of ten and we'd all like some recognition I'm sure. From the brightly colored hair extensions to the babyish hair bows, Sunny Bunny has yet to create an accessory that I would actually wear. And they've recently released a clothing store. My first complaint about this store is, the pieces in general. Every piece looks like a mockery of something you'd find in the Tingeling store. Another thing is that they pieces appear to be layered, as in you can buy only pieces of a certain outfit but every outfit is almost all one piece. Most importantly, I'm sure that almost everyone(above the age of ten) would agree that the Sunny Bunny pieces are just as tacky as their accessories.

I can guarantee every TTT reader that I will not be purchasing a single thing from this sad excuse of a store. Will you buy anything? Why or why not?

Fashion Face-Off - Trendy Streetwear

One thing I've notice is that causal for people usually mean unfashionable, boring, or plain. I don't always think that. You can easily be in style and causal when going to pump gas, shop, or a simple lunch with friends. So I have these two examples of ways to turn heads while you are laid back.

Who do you think looks the best? Both are undeniably fierce, but, who is the fiercest of them all?

P.S. I also have a question for our lovely TTT readers. Do you like the way this segment is ran? And do you like the way I have it set up or do you think I should change it around a little bit? If so, please feel free to give me advice on what to do.

Style_Magazine: Hot New Design!

Style_Magazine has recently released a beautiful, new design. And as she's only selling one hundred pieces, I'm sure my fellow Stardoll members are flocking to her Starbazaar to purchase one of these amazing dresses before they are all sold out.

As far as the colors and patterns of the design are concerned, it doesn't scream Fall or Winter at all. However, how could you pass these up when they are so beautifully designed. From the shape of the dress to the overall pattern, it's clear how much talent Style_Magazine has when it comes to designing. In the photo above you can see how she's dressed up one of her own designs and is wearing it proudly I'm sure.

I've just purchased one of these gorgeous dresses; will you purchase one as well?

Magazines Continue to Get Unoriginal

It's never been a question as to what to feature in a virtual and 'real life' magazine: hot trends, hot models! It seems like, for a good year now, magazines are not evolving. Melanie Bookson (bluegreen86) is the model. The one we are talking about today, the one that stops magazines from reaching their all-time high. But is it her fault, or the editors? To rephrase myself, are magazine owners butchering their own magazines?

Melanie made her huge modeling debut in one of our favorite magazines, D! She was the Covergirl for the January issue, to which was titled "The Winter Issue". The photo shoot spread was tasteful in our eyes and no one caused a big stir about it, it was necessary. The magazine had finally gotten its' 'big break'.

(View a photo from the spread, below):

It was only a mere two days after that, when what used-to-be Stardoll's trendiest magazine - Eternity Magazine published their winter issue, titled "Wild Winter". Everyone was in shock that two major magazines could publish winter seasonal issues and have the same Covermodel. Her spread caused a unnecessary stir, unlike her feature in Different Magazine. Now, I will say that while D Magazine kept it classy, Eternity did get a little sluttish (people have claimed). It wasn't the fact that Eternity sexed it up a notch and it wasn't the fact that D exited with nothing, but a fan base. It was the sole fact of rivalry and it was the only thing anyone had noticed. It was a mistake and that was that. Done.

(View a photo from the spread below):

Nevertheless, like I said, it was done. Melanie has been used in other magazines. She's become an international Stardoll model and while most of her photo shoots contain her strutting around in lingerie, she continues to keep her 'good-girl' image. Something that confuses us all.

Now, almost a year later - the winter season approaches us and we are stuck with the same problem. Lets just say that while Different and Eternity Magazine have left the scene, we are left with the same problem. But it's not two well-known magazines that are facing off. The same idea was just stolen. Again.

Take a look here at the just released winter season issue for Lipstick Magazine. Yep, Mel is the Covergirl, and yes, she is in sexy clothing next to a fireplace and a Christmas tree. Oh, and yeah, her arm is behind her head. I am not sure if this is her favorite modeling pose or do the staff members retouch her like mad?

(View a photo from the spread, below):

I honestly don't think this would be as noticeable to viewers if it was summer, but how could the staff let this happen. No creativity. Although, yes, the magazine does have other stuff - doing this makes it a lot harder for us to focus on everything else. It is just unbelievable that with everything to work with in our world, we get to look at the same model, doing the same thing, in the same environment, for the same season - A YEAR LATER.

As you take that all in, look at this photo from the also just released winter issue of Influential Magazine. I'm not influenced, maybe the creators were though because while they aren't featuring Melanie - her pose and lingerie are still becoming legend.

Let me just say that I am not sure why everyone keeps doing this. The lingerie is old. It may be sexy, but keep the sex in the bedroom - quit doing this to a virtual kids website. I mean, if anything promote scarves and gloves. Get original. Someone save us!

What are your thoughts? Really.

I'm Back!

I'm sure you didn't even know I was gone, but yeah, I was. And the reason I was gone was that I really just wanted to spend time with my family around Thanksgiving. Also, we all know that today is Black Friday. I got a new laptop!

It is actually already pissing me off because it doesn't show the model in the banner above, is she still showing up for you guys? And some of the format is showing up differently, but I guess that could just be because of the screen size differences.

Anywho, the blog should be updated soon, just give some time to relax and figure some things out. And, I guess that's just about it.

Did you have a good Thanksgiving?

And what about Black Friday, did any of you go?

Fashion Face-Off 6 - Faux Vests

A thing that has been popularized yet again in the fashion world is faux! Since winter is soon approaching, you know the thicker materials are in more demand now. And in this day and age, people are creating new and more innovative animal friendly fashion statements for the colder times. Here I have two lovely examples that have a very trendy faux vest that is a prime example of the trend.

Both sporting fabulous assemblage of layered gold chains and all black. Polcia295 in a heavenly faux midnight blue feathered vest and Loxar in a maple brown faux fur vest.

I am lovin' the look, they both look so divine, but, who's the fiercest of them all?

Fashion Face-Off 5 - Platform Varieties

First I will answer a question that has been bugging people recently.
The reason that lamujerdejudas1 was featured back to back is because she has been the winner in every FFO post she has been in so far, and like I said before, the winner is brought back to face another fashionable person on Stardoll. But, now I see it as a bother, so from now on I will not re-feature the person in the very next post if they win, but they will be later on if I see them fit to 'compete' as I call it. So hopefully that helps people understand why she has been featured a lot.

On with the post!

Last and this fashion season, platforms have been embraced greatly over our Stardoll society, so many versions and forms of them, I think I am in love! At first I was not a strong lover of platform heels, but now I j'dore them as do many other members. So I wanted to showcase these two chic and fashionable looks.

Vampire_ wears a classy yet glamorous of jeweled platforms with gold accessories all over while Willchonok's is a very trendy and autumn combination of sugary browns.

They both look very fierce in their very stylish shoes, but who's the fiercest of them all?

New Release: Other World

Though I am reluctant to buy any of the pieces from the Starplaza Store, Other World, I do find them fascinating. Below is a new room recently added to Other World.

The pieces featured in the shop are nothing shy of magical. They all posses a nice flow. The material looks miraculous and some of the decor for your suite is pretty amazing as well.

And if you're still wondering why I haven't purchased anything from this store, there is a simple explanation. I'm lost as far as what I would wear with anything I bought from Other World. Sure the pieces standing alone are quite lovely. Though when trying to conjure up and outfit for my Medoll, nothing looks quite right. As for the decorations, they're a bit too much as far as price is concerned. Not only that, I haven't any place to utilize them.

If I were to purchase something from Other World it would probably be one of two things, if not both. First, the Fantasy Poncho, simply because I find it dazzling. Even if I never wore it, it would be a nice addition to my wardrobe. Second and the last of my purchases would be the Twisted Horns. As odd as it may sound, I've always wanted a pair of horns or antlers of some sort. Just to put on when I'm feeling quirky, and the Twisted Horns do the trick.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

What interests you at the Other World shop in Starplaza?
Will you be purchasing anything it has to offer?
If so, what will it be?
If not, why not?

Black Friday!

You should all know that Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving. For me, it's the day I wake up at three in the morning, make some hot chocolate and stand outside of a store, freezing my ass off until it opens. And one sane person who has no desire to save money might ask "why the hell would you do that?" To save money!

Stardoll has officially jumped on the Black Friday bandwagon. It was bound to happen, and now it has. A mass message has been sent to Stardoll users, enthusing us all about what Stardoll's take of Black Friday has to offer.

I don't know about you, but I wasn't too impressed with the previous gifts the "Gift-O-Meter" has had to offer. Nevertheless we've all been given a Gift-O-Meter, as you see below.

My questions for you are, what do you think of Stardoll hosting a Black Friday this year? And do you believe like I do that it is of course going to benefit them way more than it will benefit any of it's users?

Fashion Face-Off 4 - P/Leather Boots

From our last FFO, I bring back both ladies, because it was so close, it was a tie! Tis' the season for boots, boots, boots! Every girl should own a nice pair of slim leg or skinny jeans and slip on a pair of nice leather/pleather boots to match.

One rocking a glam biker look and the other looking as classy as ever, but still leaves the answer, who's the fiercest of them all?

Review: Admire Couture

Things are truly getting hectic around TTT these days, and while it is never a slow 'news' day... I have some things to report! The first was a promised look and review on the new collection of our sponsor - Admire Couture. It was their first collection and like I said, this debut would either make or break the brand.

Don't hold your breath any longer because I can truly say that it made the brand. What it is and what it will be. Listen, I know that we sponsor them - but I have no reason to not be truthful to you all. And even if you are still wondering, I will give you in detail, the reasons why I loved this collection so much.

First, I would like to say that like any other small brand, you have to build. The graphics may not have been able to compete with much more anticipated and advanced clothing pieces - but that is OK because after all, this was their debut. Key word: debut.

Now... What did I like about this launch? The PERSONALITY. In my opinion, I could smile at the virtual models and follow along with them as the strut. I was waiting for them to keep walking down the runway. They seemed happy and they seemed to tell a story and that may sound crazy, but that is what sold the clothes to me, that is marketing and that is a real life strategy!

Admire Couture is still trying to prove themselves, they do not have a solid show in Stardoll Fashion Week and we have to make this happen for them. Leave a comment below if you think that Admire Couture should launch another collection during SFW!

You've Been Fined!

Stardoll\

As fashion becomes Stardoll's main blogging outlet and love, I was only wondering what could actually help the industry go farther. That's when Elite-girl introduced me to a project she was eager to work on. She explained to me that she only needed a team and that her dreams would soon become a reality.

I had to jump on this one immediately! That's when I started to brainstorm and get interested in how far we could actually go with the project, that's where you all come in.

STARDOLL'S FASHION POLICE is born!

The team consists of Linda (Elite-girl), Lolita (Miss_LolitaF), and I (Tylerisbold)! It is sure to grow over time and if you show a true interest, I am sure we could add you to the staff in no time! But until then, I am asking you to get a feel for the blog and give it a chance. After all, this is what keeps Stardoll alive, no? Tyler's Top Trends will also be sponsoring the project!

A 'Sin' Filled Treat

If you know, I am a writer and I decided to bring back my closed blog , Deadly Doll Studios, from the dead to bring you guys another story, produced by me, called, 'Livin' In Sin.' My new risque and drama filled project.

I would love for more people to audition for it! So I am asking you lovely readers would you mind?

The plot of my new storyline is
- Living in the hot bed we call Star Vegas, we follow the lives of three people who all share one connection, 'The Palace', a B-ranked burlesque/stripclub (with a slight string of prostitution), owned by a well known drug lord, that is well known in the Vegas scene, what drama will be revealed along the way?
If you would want to all you need to do is join my club, DeadlyDoll, and then go to the discussion topic, 'Now Casting For 'Living In Sin'!'

After that I tell you how to apply, its simple and requires you do do hardly anything afterward but read!

Our New Sponsor!

Well, I guess I could call it that, but we are the ones that are actually sponsoring 'them'. So this could kind of be like a sponsorship! Anyways, why should I keep you waiting?

We now sponsor ADMIRE COUTURE!

If you are wondering, yet, Admire Couture is a clothing brand. It may not be as well-known as other clothing lines - but that is why we have decided to sponsor them. We admire and believe in couture!

To start off the sponsorship we just want to remind you that Admire Couture's first collection will be released tomorrow in owner sinbabee's guestbook! View the invitation here:

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_HZVr86qpq94/TNmOnwvPlNI/AAAAAAAAAdo/4t8YbjRJkho/s1600/party.png

It is sure to be a lot of fun and I hope that I can make it, but I will not promise anything because I am currently moving! You should try to go if you can though, I KNOW the staff will appreciate it.

Also, if you could, please write about the release on your blogs! Maybe even review the line yourself, it will help out a lot. We will be doing the same, this is the big break for the staff! Everyone will be watching.

** With that being said, we are now sponsoring numerous projects - but space is limited! Your project (blog, magazine, clothing line etc.) must include fashion, no exceptions! If you are interested in a sponsoring partnership, leave a comment with all the necessary information and we will get back to you!

Click here to visit the Admire Couture home page!

Writer(s) Wanted!

Yes, Tyler's Top Trends is looking for a new writer, maybe writers... Let me just say, two at the most. This position will probably be very cutthroat and my decisions will be chosen honestly and fairly. We are looking for someone to control the StarPlaza news!

That means, someone that can handle everything that goes in and out of the StarPlaza. You will be expected to do reviews on clothing that is being released, as well as, when. Control Hot Buy updates and alert the readers when one of the months items is also released in the shop, so on and so forth!

I wouldn't say that this job would be extremely time consuming, but you can't half ass anything about it. This position can truly prove that you are a great blogger and working your way up the blogging ladder shouldn't be too hard here. The following are things you are required of:

YOU MUST...
  • Have Skype, it's God when it comes to communication!
  • Good grammar and a good attitude (professional, too!)
  • Be able to print screen in a 'png.' format
  • Contain some knowledge pertaining to fashion
  • Be willing to learn!

If you have those, leave a comment below and give me (in 3 sentence) a reason has to why I should choose you to become a worker. Along with that, leave your user name and your Skype address. If you do not want to give out your personal information, leave me a message! If I like you and if I see potential in you, you will get something from me at some point in time.

From there we will develop and construct a bond!

Good luck!

Fashion Face-Off 3 - Leopard Print

Today I decided from now on to do this segment after two days, rather than three, since I love it so dearly!

Yet again, lamujerdejudas1 has won for her stylish ensembles! When I went to go check her outfit out, I see she has another classy look going on with a gorge leopard print jacket on. So I was on the prowl for another hot look with the print and I cam across this edgy and daring look made by GeorgiaMacknes.

They both are outrageously fierce, but who is the fiercest of them all?

The Case of the Misused Eternity Photos! Pt. 3

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_rOkMkbdLWFk/TN-ukV2DXwI/AAAAAAAABhw/ghlEXx6952U/s1600/Eleak3.png

While we would like to say that this case has been solved, it has not. We will not stop looking for clues and answers at what might of went on behind these fashion headquarters, but we will no longer be publishing information here until we have proven facts of who might of released the 'memorabilia'.

We do have to report to you, however, that this mystery blogger has had their account since February of this year (click here to view the account). Sounds a little fishy to us.

The following list of Stardoll users are the current Eternity Magazine staff members, as well, as the people that have access to the private blog the photos are thought to be taken from:

The Case of the Misused Eternity Photos! Pt. 2

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_rOkMkbdLWFk/TN-vM3AMW1I/AAAAAAAABiw/dNsGZ76mLnE/s1600/Eleak.png

As more and more information is being leaked to Tyler's Top Trends we would like to update everyone on the fact that this mystery blogger seems to have good writing skills. Now, I know they may be cussing left and right - but they know how to spell English words correctly and their comma placements are spot on. Weird, right?

Blogger Baya Nickolas is already coming to the assumption that she is very upset and very "frustrated" on popular blog Stardoll's Most Hated Website. She also goes on to point fingers and say that whoever got the graphics, "had to be from the staff"... AGAIN, meaning that she shouldn't play it safe yet because that would in fact make her just as guilty has the rest of the workers at Eternity Magazine.

Charlotte has been gone and her grammar is not that well processed.

Mary is gone and her grammar is not that well processed, either!

Baya is still here, yet mad and frustrated (trying to cause a distraction)?

Becka, who has worked her way up the ladder at E has since been missing...

The Case of the Misused Eternity Photos!

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_rOkMkbdLWFk/TN-vM3AMW1I/AAAAAAAABiw/dNsGZ76mLnE/s1600/Eleak.png

Sometime today, a new and not so intriguing blog came onto the scene. Well, I take that back... I found it a little interesting at first - but then I thought more about what might be going on behind closed doors. You see, to make a long story short, this blog (here) published unused and unseen images from the never published September issue of Eternity Magazine. Little is known about how these images got released to the media, but we at Tyler's Top Trends have a hunch!

You know what, I guess I will mention 'this blog', it won't last. So this new Wired Gossip site, right. Whoever is behind it has been whoring themselves out like mad in order to get the word around that they have "dirt on all the elites". If you are reading this mystery blogger (your new name), you may be able to talk, but if you can't deliver you better hope no one finds out who you really are because it will be one embarrassing outing on your part. You have only published one major story and I applaud you for the public frenzy that it has caused - but until you post another jaw-dropping article, you have no dirt on anyone.

In fact, do any of you find it odd that this person could even get a hold of such confidential photos? Mystery blogger claims to have the ability to hack into "private blogs", but they also seem (from the comments I've read) to not have a brain at all. Private blogs are private, that's that. If this person was really able to hack into any blogspot account, the staff would immediately be alerted of the miss-communication and up their security as soon as possible. Oh, and FYI, even if you could do that, it's not called "a cheat". Idiot.

What I am trying to say is... This person had these pictures all along. If I were able to hack into a blog and get someones information, I would be writing my name all over the place. This person obviously wants to stay unknown. And again, I am trying to conclude that this person must work for Eternity and had these graphics sent to them or possibly got them from the staff blogspot account. I used to work for Eternity so I know what goes on and all the graphics from the magazine unpublished and published are posted for all of the staff to see on a blogspot blog. The magazine is published on a Wordpress.com account. This may be confusing to some of you, but not many people know about the staff blog. Otherwise it is a close friend (the editors don't give out the editorials to just anyone). Could this be a publicity stunt? Someone MUST know something about this.

We are currently working on getting more news out about this story!

If you have any information, leave it in the comments or message me if you want to remain anonymous. Check back for updates and leave your debatable topics below as well!

Introducing: Fashion Face-Off!

Just a short introduction about myself, my name is Deidra, To_Royal on Stardoll, and I am a new writer on TTT!

I am now headlining a new project called Fashion Face-Off!

Its pretty simple! Its just to show off the most fabulous and fashionable ladies and gents on Stardoll.
Every three days I will face-off two people and YOU, the readers, will get to select who you find to be the more fashionably dressed. And every time one wins, they automatically are in the next poll, unless they haven't changed clothes within three days.

If you would like me to check out your outfit(s), then tell me your user-name in the comments below! And I will surely check you out.

V&T Collection Exclusives - Never Before Seen!

It would be dumb to ask you if you remembered the V&T collection that debuted during Stardoll Fashion Week months ago, of course you do! It seems like all the clothing items were released yesterday!

Vasia Politis (vasia28) and Tonia Dems (tonia.ftw) are the masterminds behind this brand and while they were set to release an accessories collection, it never happened! Well, it is now!

Tyler's Top Trends is proud and honored to be able to present to you, the never before seen V&T accessories line!:

Wow, perfection! It would have been incredible to see these items released during SFW, but hopefully that won't be the case next year! We can't wait to see what the team comes up with in the future!

Thoughts?

VaniTEEN Magazine Leaves the Scene

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

It was announced earlier today that BabetteCouture is leaving Stardoll. Along with her departure, she is taking her magazine with her or as I translated it - she's throwing it away!

A scandal broke early yesterday about the owner (not going into details) and since then, Noralie has decided she will no longer be able to put up with "fake people" on this site. It happens to the best of us, hunny and believe me, your magazine wouldn't have gotten anywhere without a little controversy. But if this is what you choose.

VaniTeen might of been short-lived, but the first and debut issue surly turned heads. Your contribution to Stardoll was impeccable and you'll be leaving with class. You and your magazine will truly be missed!

Our New Look!

It is finally here! The new look is completed.

Some what.

Besides some final tweaks that are still being decided and made, the main focus is completed. As you can see, Hunnigall created an amazing graphic for us and it is just incredible. I could never thank you enough, Alice! She puts up with a lot when working with me *laughs*. Be sure to click here to visit her guestbook and thank her lots!

Yes, if you were wondering, the model is Star_Awards - my dear friend. She does represent fun and quirky which is exactly the look I was going for. Trendy. Today is a good day for Tyler's Top Trends.

This may sound conceited, but Tyler's Top Trends is the IT blog for Stardoll fashion. We will be number one, we strive to be number one. I will stop at nothing. And why is that, might you be wondering...

... Because I'm a relentless bitch.

Beauty Craze: Matte Skin, Luminous Finish

Top 10 Beauty Trends Autumn/Winter 2010-11: Skin

Beautifully natural-looking skin was the big look for autumn/winter. For those not born with a fresh-faced glow, this look is all about the prep work. Prime skin with a moisturising serum or a few drops of MAC's Care Blend Essential Oils before applying your foundation; then dust with pressed powder for a matte yet silky finish. And in the case of your MeDoll, I have already seem a lot of people sporting this look. It's a lot people for this type of weather and feel than bright neons.

I would love to see some of you try this look out on your MeDoll!

Send in pictures!

What Were They Thinking?: nojarama

To be fair, this outfit is highly creative and it is unique, but it is by no means fashionable! That's OK, though, bad fashion happens to good people - right? It's just, I cannot explain it. Femine. I really do not understand when males on Stardoll incorperate dresses and purses into their outfits. It's tacky and it does them no justice!

I always say, however, it's never to late to redeem yourself!

But we want to know, nojarama, what were you thinking?!

Street Chic: Stardoll Style, Black

Who: Findurlove
What: Considering the fact we are getting ready for colder seasons it is quite clear why designers paid more attention to darker colors. And it’s not surprising at all that black was the most popular. It’s classic, slimming and always looks elegant.
Wear: Blazer, miniskirt, scarf, nude pumps and a statement necklace!

Check out that hairstyle, werk!

10 Questions with Becka Lavendale

For those of you that are completely in love with the idea of Stardoll Fashion Week, you can leave it to Becka Lavendale (Psychotic-Freak) to keep you mesmerized. She may not be the complete idea behind the virtual clothed week - but she is the one that controls the schedule, the lines, and by now the minds of all of us. If you have ever wondered what goes on backstage or what is to come, look no further! We were able to ask the busy lady 10 questions when we ran into her earlier this week at the Chanel store in West Dollywood! Lets get started!

What do you like most about Stardoll?
[Stardoll is my escape. Real life has never been great for me when you get past the paper stage, and I've always felt a little bit of an outcast, because I'm very passionate, extreme and creative, and my friends aren't as wild as I am, so I often have to tone it down. I don't have to do that here, because we're all like that. We all aim for the sky, do crazy stuff and be ourselves. And that's why I can't invisage myself leaving, because unless I get that outlet in real life, this is gonna be long term for me. So future dolls can look forward to more FG and SFW!

How does it feel to be nominated for a Star Award in the category: 'Special Achievement'?
Amazing. It was so unexpected! I was scrolling through looking for FG nominations [and while I'm at this, thanks to anyone who nominated, even if we don't win it's such an honour], and then, right at the bottom, I saw MY name!! And to be considered along with such huge names like Alice, Lily, Baya and Jenna, it's so wonderful. I don't care if I don't win, to even be up there.. it's kinda sad how excited I am, but screw it, it's fun!!

What is the most surprising thing that inspires you to continue to work on Stardoll Fashion Week? You know, providing entertainment for others?
Honestly? Stardoll means something to me, as it does to all the other regulars on here, though they lie and say it doesn't. I love when it's exciting and lots of things happen, and we all have something to enjoy. Creativity is one of the reasons Dollywood is our drug, as here we have limitless passion for the arts, so hosting an event where talented individuals come together to develop their skills, where we have parties and make friends and enjoy ourselves? It's stressful as hell, and although it's pixelated, it's really fulfilling.

What is most important in making sure Stardoll Fashion Week is a success?
Organization. A lot of people probably don't appreciate the hard work that goes into it. You have to co-ordinate a million different people and make sure their tasks get done, deal with any dropouts, get everything on time, and if anything goes wrong, THAT is what people remember, especially if you're just starting out. So making sure everything runs smoothly is so important, and that's the lesson I have learned for this time around. Planning starts soon, and I intend to be thorough!

In all honestly, did you have a favorite line this year at SFW (Stardoll Fashion Week)?
As conceited as this is, and it was NOT my favourite, but I did love Coconut. What the team [me, Noj and Ciara] created was very much my style, and it felt like such a personal expression to me in particular. But, me aside, I loved L'arte de Lily SOO much, but the favourite? Same as everyone: Ostentatious. Alice, you just HAVE to bring it back!

Of all the items of clothing there is on Stardoll, do you have a favorite?
Just one? Impossible. I adore so many things, and it depends a lot on the time of year, and quite frankly, my mood. At the moment, I'm loving the hot buys fur stole and the pink fair isle sweater! I always love any short pretty dresses with full skirts, and long term, the mary-kate olsen lace dress, the heidi klum purple dress with the slit, the chanel wicker heels with the red toes, and the mary-kate olsen black feather dress have the be the ultimates. I have all but that last one, so anyone looking to sell...

Do you have a favorite movie?
Favourite movie... god that's hard. Any respect anyone may have had for me will be GONE when I admit this, but I love HSM2 & 3. Hoping to claw back any form of dignity, I also love comedies, like Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Zombieland, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, I Love You, Beth Cooper.. I love comedy, but I have a sickening weakness for Disney. So sue me ;D

Do you have any phobias?
I'm afraid of loads of stuff! But the main one has to be spiders. Once, I was camping with some friends, and I saw this massive spider.. I screamed, and I was shaking and crying, it was horrible. Luckily my boyfriend was able to calm me down, and they got the spider out of there, thank God! But that's the reason I don't camp much ;D

What do you like most about fall fashion?
Fall fashion this season is indulgent, with rich tones and a clash of fabrics, and it's so delectable. I'm not one for minimalism, so velvets and jewels and prints and warm colours are so me. My favourite fall look is the D&G sweater over maxi look. I work in the clothing department of a British supermarket, Tesco, and they had this sweater in there which was identical to that. All I need now is that maxi dress and I have THE LOOK..

Can you give us a little inside scoop on Stardoll Fashion Week this coming February? What can we expect?
This year, I want SFW to be everything it was, only more. And better. There were issues last time, and I am determined to get rid of them, with better time management. We are introducing new sections, new awards, new competitions, lots of new design talent... make sure you're free at the end of February!

Very interesting to say the least!

Style Expands her Design Vareity

Retired magazine owner and legendary Stardoll elite, Style_Magazine has really been getting into the StarDesign tool that Stardoll offers as of late. Or maybe she is getting into making big bucks? Who knows, but since her first design of tights was such a success, it would be dumb not to expand!

This time Style has created a very versatile look. A sleeveless dress that anyone could learn to love. Right now it seems that the only colors offered is a pinkish red and white pattern. What I like about this design is, it's not half-assed. You can tell that she put some thought into what she was wanting and her vision seems to be spot on. It definitely screams, "Style"! The pattern is really great for fall and while the designs may be a little pricey, they're still fun! If they sell well, Style will also offer the colors on the dress she is currently wearing, which is fab!

I Admire Couture

I am guessing that the staff has yet to choose a location, if that is true - can someone leave a comment explaining this mistake? Anyways, this line is a collaboration between Lipstick Magazine and Stardoll Fashion Week, from what I am told.

Basically, this will be a preview collection of what is to come this February! There is still a while to go before the launch date, but we hope we can make it!
