That length has always been illegal in my book!
that length skirt can be made to look really classy or indie [inaweirdsortofwayifyougetme], but when most people attempt it they end up looking tacky [inrl].
They're also called mid-length skirt. That's what I know them as or is that different? Better than micro mini.
