The fourth hot buy of the month has been released, available for 15 stardollars at It Girls. This hot buy was another one that I didn't really expect to love, but after trying it on my doll I'm a fan. The quality, as with all of the hot buys so far this month, is very good and it compliments a lot of outfits well.
